  16. If you have experience or are interested in developing Windows-based, web
  17. editing tools (such as web editors, browsers, form/script generators,
  18. counter tools, GIF/JPEG tools, etc.) and would like to create/market your
  19. product through an experienced web-based software publisher, please contact
  20. me.

  22. My new company, LionWare, is ready to go online on the web to promote the
  23. best in affordable web editing tools. I want to provide evalution-style
  24. shareware, easily accessible on the web and other online channels, and
  25. which will be marketed throughout web/online channels and related
  26. publications.

  28. I am currently working with developing partners through standard non-
  29. disclosure agreements and intend to sell their products on a royalty basis
  30. through standard software publishing agreements. Basically, the developer
  31. creates the web tool; I productize, advertise, distribute, sell, and
  32. support the product.

  34. My motivation for doing this? Web editing tools are becoming more and more
  35. popular as the web continues to explode in popularity. And the web provides
  36. a superb marketing channel for software. There is some serious money to be
  37. made out there!
